2022 SMRR Nationals Announcement

San Marcos River Ranch Will Host the Syndicate Waterskis 2022 NCWSA Nationals!

San Marcos River Ranch (SMRR) will be the host of the Syndicate Waterskis 2022 NCWSA Nationals. SMRR previously hosted the Connelly Skis 2018 Nationals. The 2022 tournament will take place from October 13th through October 15th in 2022. The SMRR bid for 2022 was selected at the annual NCWSA Board of Directors meeting held in February 2021.

SMRR was home to the late great Gordon Hall who passed away last year. Gordon was Chief Judge in 2018 and became an NCWSA Honorary National Director in 2017 leading up to the 2018 tournament as he became reinvolved with collegiate skiing at the national level after decades of service in the south central and initially helping lead the NCWSA and collegiate skiing early in his life.

I am Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois Chicago. I earned my Ph.D. from the University of California, Riverside and Bachelor's and Masters from Marquette University. I skied collegiately at Marquette and in 2009 I received the NCWSA Outstanding Leader Award. I was NCWSA Operations Committee Chair for 7 years, and the NCWSA Secretary for 8 years.
