2020 NCWSA Tournaments - Call for Applications

Call for Applications: Nationals & All-Stars Hosts

The NCWSA is taking applications to host the 2020 NCWSA All-Stars Tournament (May 2020) and the 2020 NCWSA National Championships (October 2020). Applications are linked below, and on our documents and resources page.

Digital Completion is Appreciated

The NCWSA All-Stars (pdf) and NCWSA Nationals (pdf) applications have been completely reworked to allow applicants to more easily fill them out digitally.

PDF Seamlessly Integrates with Adobe “Fill & Sign”

The PDF versions of the applications now work seamlessly with the “Fill & Sign” feature of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The “Fill & Sign” feature can be found in the “View” menu and then within the “Tools” sub-menu of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Google Docs Allows Applicants to Make Editable Copy

The Google Docs version of the applications can be viewed and applicants may make a copy of the Google Doc to their personal Google Drive, allowing the applicant to type directly into the application. The option to make a copy of the Google Doc is located within the “File” menu on Google Docs; please note, you have to be logged into your personal Google Drive for this option to be available for selection.

Digital Signatures Are Okay

Applicants may use digital signatures on an application when a signature is required. This should allow completion of an entire application without printing.

Submission as PDF is Encouraged

Submission as a PDF, while not required, is encouraged.

Deadline Dec 31st

(updated on 1/8/19)

2020 NCWSA Nationals bids have been extended to January 20, 2019.

The deadline for applications is December 31, 2018. Completed applications should be emailed to the NCWSA Chairman, Jeff Surdej. Upon receipt of an application by the NCWSA Chairman, the applicant will be sent an email acknowledging the receipt. If the email does not work, for some reason, you may send applications to info@ncwsa.com. The NCWSA Board of Directors will vote on applications during the 2019 January Board of Directors meeting.

Thank you in advance for your application!
