That’s a Wrap! 2019 NCWSA All-Stars

Love Lane Rd

With tent city taking over the yard at the Swerve Center, student-athletes from across the nation evaded into Hillsboro, Tennessee to compete for their respective Region at the 2019 All-Stars. A lot of people, skiers and officials alike enjoyed the weekend reminiscing with friends that they only get to see a handful of times a year.

The Results Are In

The Midwest takes it

After two full days of skiing, and some stiff wind, the results were announced… The Midwest took first with a total of 6,195 points overall. The only event they didn’t take first in was Tricks where the South Central beat the west with only a 90 point difference (2,225). Overall, the South Central Region (SCR) came in second with a total of 4,925 points. It was a close competition for third and fourth, but the Southern & Atlantic Coastal Region (SAC – formerly the Eastern Region) beat out the Western Region with 3,765 points- only a 410 point difference. It’s a good thing the SAC Region can slalom well to compensate for their Tricks score!
