A Few Thank Yous & Shout Outs

As with every major tournament, we wanted to take a moment a publicly thank many of the supporters, volunteers, and sponsors that made the tournament possible. Additionally, we want to thank all the water skiers and their families for attending, skiing, cheering, and making the 42nd Collegiate Nationals one to remember.

Thank you to Jay and Anne for building and creating a place that has allowed waterskiing to grow and taking a special interest in collegiate skiing, and thanks for trusting me, Nikki Webber, and the organizational team to coordinate and run with the event.

Thank you to my co-director, my partner in crime, best pal, and secretary for being able to read my mind and helping to make all these crazy ideas a reality.

Thank you to my mom Debbie for feeding a small army and keeping everyone well fed and happy.

Thank you to the Iowa State Waterski Team for all their work setting up Tri-Lakes before the tournament began at record speed and helping make the place look top-notch for the tournament.

Thank you to the Tri-Lakes team for all working to make the tournament a success, the Lee family, Johnny, Mark Anderson and his family, Dee Johnson, the Critchley family, Bennett’s Boat and Ski, Jerry “J Money” Trapp, Wilson Spence, Doug Rodgerson, Andre Broussard and the entire Ski School Crew.
