About the Team
The Clemson University Waterski Team is part of the Watersports Club at Clemson University. Skiers have access to both a ski and wakeboard boat to enjoy the beautiful Lake Hartwell located right on campus. We accept any and all levels of skiers to practice and compete with us. We usually compete in at least 6 regular tournaments, plus Regional and National Championships for those who qualify. While we love to ski, we also focus on the exceptional team and community aspect off of the water, including formals, parents weekend tailgates, and so much more! For more information email us or check out our website, go tigers!!!
Clemson competes in the South Atlantic Conference (SAC), which consists of schools all along the East Coast mainly from Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

History of our Team
The Clemson Water Ski Team was established in 1984. What was then just a small group of water skiing enthusiasts looking for fellow skiers to practice and compete with has turned into one of collegiate water skiing’s most consistent national competitors. Clemson has participated in the Collegiate Nationals almost every year since the birth of the team. The highest national placement for the team occurred in 1991 when Clemson took home an impressive 3rd place.
