This awards goes to those winning athletes were the cream of the crop in the NCWSA and performed awe inspiring feats on the water throughout the year. Additionally, many of the skiers were active leaders and coaches of their respective water ski team and teammates.
Team of the Year
An NCWSA team has many forms. Some embody #NCWSAspirit for the entirety of every collegiate season, some are so tight-knit that they become family for the rest of their lives, and some dominate on the water to win championships. Every year one team is rewarded with the title Team of the Year and that team often embodies what all other NCWSA teams could aspire to be.
