The USA Water Ski & Wake Sports Foundation (USA-WWF) gives out more than $25,000 every year in college scholarships to young water sports athletes and the time to apply is now!
Award will be made to an undergraduate student and for no more than (3) academic years. Recipients must attend school for the full year during the year of the award.
General guidelines for consideration include:
- Rising student (Freshman through Senior) at a two (2) or four (4) year accredited college or university as a full-time student
- U.S. Citizen
- The number of years the applicant has been a member of USA Water Ski & Wake Sports
- Academic achievement
- Two letters of reference
- Work record
- School and community activities
- A 500-word essay or 3:00 to 5:00 minute video.
Also considered are the individual’s contributions to the sport as a skier, rider, barefooter or as a volunteer or official at tournaments.
The deadline to apply is March 15, 2021.

NATIONAL SELECTION COMMITTEE
A National Selection Committee will choose the finalists based on information included with the completed application. Winners will be notified by August 15.
