San Diego State University

The San Diego State University Waterski and Wakesports Team trains and competes, pushing each other to improve in slalom, trick, and jump — all while soaking in the unbeatable San Diego sunshine. We’re proud to call the beautiful Mission Bay our home base. Most of our skiers don’t even touch a ski until they join college — proof that passion and dedication can go a long way. In 2024, that drive took us all the way to Division 1, an incredible milestone for a non-scholarship school. Whether we’re chasing PBs, cheering on teammates, or simply enjoying life on the water, we’re all about passion, teamwork, and that unmistakable SDSU spirit.
